EL39 have strong black smoke anode 25w ; Gold grids ; G2 = 5w gm:9...exactly the same mechanical like EL37.

you don't find the spec data sheet...only on old versions 1948 (anode = 18w...like 4654 Transco)
Just 2 modifications to make EL39 a direct replacement tube for EL37/6L6G/KT66/350B:
1. connect pin 3 to top cap
2. connect pin 6 and pin 8
After the 2 modifications, the Modified EL39 is the same as EL37/6L6G/KT66/350B/6L6GC ..
